Davos Hotel Badge Application 2025
The meaning of a Badge
Attending events in Davos during the World Economic Forum requires participants, due to the high-security nature of events and the presence of high-profile individuals, to possess either an official WEF Badge or a Secure Hotel Badge. A Secure Hotel Badge enables access to the Secure Zone during The World Economic Forum in Davos 2025.
Global Conversations (GC), as a designated “Single Point of Contact”, can assist with your application to obtain a Secure Hotel Badge.
Approval for a Secure Hotel Badge does not guarantee an invitation to any GC events, as our events are strictly by invitation only. Event invitations will be issued separately, and confirmed attendees will receive a detailed confirmation email a few days prior to the event. Early access will be provided to a small, select group of individuals.

Terms and Conditions
1 . General
1 .1 . Security measures are essential to ensure security during the World Economic Forum in Davos - Annual Meeting. This also affects the hotels located in the security zones which are the following (but not limited too): AlpenGold Hotel, Steigenberger Grandhotel Belvédére, Precise Tale, Hilton Garden Inn as well as defined premises of the Promenade 95 - 101.
Hotel badge grants access to all above mentioned hotels and both are valid until end of the week at 6.00 pm. There is no need to register for more than one hotel badge per person.
1 .2. The Cantonal Police of Grisons (Kapo GR) regulates the access to the security zones with a controlled issue of badges and vehicle stickers and represents therefore an increased security standard during the event. All persons who are in a security zone must first have a corresponding badge and if justified. All WEF Annual Meeting badges and hotel badges which are issued by the police grant access to all mentioned hotels at all times.
1 .3. The client needs to provide the reason for the required access to the hotel's security zone. The hotel reserves itself the right to decline access without stating a reason.
2. Process
2.1 In order to ensure a coordinated process, every organisation must determine one person as "Single Point of Contact" (SPOC), who coordinates and implements the processes with the hotel.
2.2 All badges and vehicle stickers must be submitted by a trusted and approved entity by the Hotel Issuer. There is no requirement to provide ID/passport at time of registration, however, all names must be provided as on official documentation (e.g. Michael Meier cannot be listed as Mike Meier or Michal Meier).
2.3 After receiving the list(s) with requested badges. All badges have to be paid before they can be sent to the police for the police check. All lists sent to the hotel are binding and the amount of hotel badges sent will be charged at 100%. There is no possibility of cancellation or name swaps, as the police charges per requested police check.
Additionally, the hotel or Global Conversations does not take responsibility and give refunds in case multiple badge inquiries are sent for the same guest, or if guests are registered through other hotels mentioned under 1 .1 already.
2.4. After police check, the hotel will be informed about the delivery and/or non-delivery of the badge. In case of issues with badges or stickers, the hotel will inform the SPOC. The feedback from the hotel to the SPOC can take up to 1 week, and up to 72 hours.
2.5. Badges and vehicle stickers are issued at the registration office at Bahnhofstrasse 3, in 7270 Davos Platz, Switzerland.
